Saturday night we went bowling with my family for Tanner's Birthday!
My brother Tyler is home for a couple weeks from training before he gets deployed to Afghanistan in May, so we were glad him and Lindsey were there for Tan's party! (:
We don't bowl as a family very often, actually we don't at all, haha but it was so fun! It was nice to have our whole family together (:
We played guys against girls and the guys beat us twice and the girls won one game all thanks to Missy! She bowled over 200! She definately carried our team! Thanks Missy! (:
Sunday afternoon was Tanner's actual party....presents, cake, and all!
In case you haven't noticed, Tanner and his best friend Tristin are obsessed with Sonic! He even admitted it today! (:
He got lots of Sonic stuff and money of course!
In our family we usually don't have cake for birthdays, we either have ice-cream cake or a cookie cake! Tanner always has a cookie cake without chocolate chips because he hates chocolate! I don't know how a kid does not like chocolate! but it was still delicious!
Notice the cookie says "Happy Sonic Birthday Tanner" that's what he told the cookie lady he wanted it to say (:
I think it's safe to say Tan had a fun 9th Birthday! (:
